Sometimes you feel happy because you know what is "cherish". You know what is "cherish" because you realize what is precious and it might be lost. In other words, you are happy with your healthy body because you know there are illness. You are happy with your wealth because you know some people are poorer than you.

The only thing that would make you happy but you do not need to compare with worse case is love.
Love between friends, family are others, do what you love to do...
All these would make you happy.

There are two sides of opinions.

One is thinking everything would go to the worst case. Nothing in real world would make you disappointed as you do not have any expectation for the future.
The other is looking forward to anything. You would be happy when you have hopes to the future.

Which is better?

I agree that intelligence people can do everything well including those they do not want to do. But I think people can choose what to do is fundamental right of everyone.

Why do different people have different interests? I think it is because everything can be done by different people happily. Some love cooking so there are restaurants. Some love driving so there are buses. Some love drawing so there are painters.

But there are many people are doing what they do not want to do in reality.

Sometimes I want to not to love anyone as I know I would become very depressed when love comes to the end. But when I love a person again I talked to myself that even though I would become depressed, I would not regret as I was very happy. When it ended I became sad but I remembered what I told myself.

Love is a precious thing that we have.

The question is you do not have it and you had it but you lose it, which would make you more depress?

Government is too easy to implement a policy with a data of "most people support".

No matter how many people support a policy, they are always misled by the government. The government is the only one have the right to decide the policy and mislead citizens' opinion.

People who claim the Nazi did not massacre the Jews in the World War 2 cannot speak in the public and even this is illegal in some countries.

Why do people who claim the Japanese did not have a massacre in China can even establish books? The Japanese have plenty of chances to explain why they claim there were no massacres in China. the even said the evidences like photos are fake.
